AI Strategy & Enablement Consultancy
AI strategy, governance, and enablement for companies that want to own their AI future — not rent it. I build capability, then hand over the keys.
US & EU Remote
You can buy the most powerful AI tool on the market, but it becomes a $100K paperweight if your team isn't motivated to learn and use it.
Most companies are buying AI. Very few are building the governance, skills, and culture to make it stick. That's where I come in — and that's where I leave you stronger than I found you.
Client Impact
Outcomes from an 8-month embedded AI leadership engagement.
Services
Every engagement is designed to transfer capability, not create dependency.
I assess, I build, I train, I hand over the keys.
Forensic audit of AI tool sprawl and shadow AI. Deliverable: prioritized cut list with projected savings, license consolidation plan, and build-vs-buy recommendations. Includes stakeholder readout.
Maturity assessment, NIST-aligned risk framework, change impact analysis, and 90-day roadmap tied to C-suite KPIs. Includes hands-on training for the team that owns the framework after handoff.
Legacy data reconciliation, predictive modeling, and financial liability forecasting. Executives get self-service analytics they can actually use.
Embedded AI leadership: roadmap execution, tool development, vendor management, and org-wide enablement. Successor training before departure — you keep the capability.
Who I Work With
Large enough to need AI governance, too small to hire a CAIO.
Under pressure to adopt AI but terrified of compliance risk. Small teams, reactive SaaS buying, no governance.
Skeptical of AI but need Industry 4.0 modernization. Complex supply chains, quality systems, global ops.
High regulatory stakes. Need compliance-first AI with analytical rigor and audit trails.
$10M–$100M revenue. Shadow AI proliferating. Need strategic direction fast before it becomes a liability.

About
I started in analytical chemistry — mass spectrometry, EPA compliance, precision instrumentation at national labs. That background taught me to question assumptions, treat data with rigor, and never trust a result I can't verify.
I carried that into program management at Toyota Group, where I led multi-year product launches across global teams. Then into AI leadership at Vivacity Tech, where I built governance from scratch, trained 300+ employees, and delivered measurable outcomes.
Now I help other organizations do the same — and I leave them stronger when I go than when I arrived.
TCO calculators, Python forensics, governance frameworks. Real deliverables, not slide decks.
I calm executives while I activate employees. Governance that enables, not blocks.
My clients own their intelligence. No vendor lock-in, no black boxes, no dependency.
I bring the same discipline from the lab to business problems. Data doesn't lie if you ask it the right questions.
